Irina Kinkladze started working at Georgian Co-Investment Fund in 2013 as an Investment Analyst. She received multiple promotions before being appointed as the Head of Hospitality and Real Estate Sector. Irina is an experienced professional with demonstrated expertise in investment analysis, due diligence, asset management, and deal structuring. Irina actively participates in every stage of real estate project development, ensuring successful project execution, portfolio expansion, and optimization.
Before joining GCF, Irina Kinladze worked as a senior auditor at the international audit firm Deloitte & Touche Georgia.
Irina Kinkladze holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Caucasus University and a master’s degree in Innovative Hospitality Management from Ramon Lull University (Barcelona, Spain).
