Vladimir Ugulava joined Georgian Co-Investment Fund in 2018 as an Investment Analyst. After receiving multiple promotions, he is currently holding the position of Senior Associate in the Hospitality & Real Estate Department. Vladimir is a seasoned professional with demonstrated expertise in financial planning & analysis, financial reporting, investment analysis, due diligence, and asset management. Vladimir actively participates in every stage of real estate project development, ensuring successful project execution and portfolio management. He is responsible for investment analysis, along with the FP&A of the portfolio companies and assistance of top management in exit planning and strategies development.
Before joining Georgian Co-Investment Fund, Vladimir Ugulava worked as an auditor at the international audit firm Deloitte & Touche Georgia. As an auditor, he covered such sectors as: real estate, telecom, banking, energy, and manufacturing.
Vladimir Ugulava holds a bachelor’s degree with honors in finance from Caucasus University. He also holds a BSc in IT with major in software of computer techniques and automated systems from Siberian State University of Telecommunications and Information Sciences (SIBSUTIS). Vladimir holds a bachelor’s degree in civil law from Russian University of Transport (MIIT) as well.
Vladimir Ugulava is currently an ACCA member. Vladimir has passed Level II of the CFA Program as well.
