Georgian Co-Investment Fund is the first job for Mariam, she holds the position of junior financial analyst in real estate sector. Mariam's main responsibilities include monthly allocation and analysis of fund's projects' development costs, building financial models, modeling and analyzing different scenarios, calculating existing and future projects' profitabilities, also when necessary, doing market research. In Addition, Mariam works on Power BI reports, which help analyzing company's portfolio from different perspectives and angles.
Currently, she is also a student at Tbilisi Free University, with the major of business and administration.
