Tekla Buadze has been holding the position of Head of HR at the Georgian Co-Investemtn Fund since 2019. Tekla is responsible for managing various HR processes, including performance management, compensation and benefits, rewards and recognition, learning and development, onboarding, labor relations, talent acquisition, and more.
Prior to joining the Georgian Co-Investment Fund, Tekla worked as a Global Change Manager at Jacobs Douwe Egberts (Amsterdam), where she was involved in transformative changes that the company was undergoing. Tekla has 15 years of working experience in Human Resource Management.
Tekla holds a Bachelor’s Degree in European Languages from Tbilisi State University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the American University.
