Ketevan Tskhadadze joined Georgian Co-Investment Fund in 2014 and since then has held the position of Head of the Legal Department. She has played a key role in major investment transactions, mergers and acquisitions, both local and cross-border.
Formerly, Keti served as an associate at BGI Legal, having previously served as a Group Lawyer at Bank of Georgia. With more than 20 years of legal practice, Keti has broad and profound experience in financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, construction law, etc.
Keti holds an LLM in business, corporate, and maritime law from Erasmus University, (Rotterdam, Netherlands) and is an LLM candidate in international financial and commercial law from King’s College London, (London, Great Britain)
