Nini Otiashvili joined Georgian Co-Investment Fund 2015 as a senior lawyer. In her current role, Nini serves as a linchpin, engaging with all four investment projects – Hospitality and Real Estate, Manufacturing, Energy & Infrastructure, and Agriculture and Logistics. Her primary focus lies in providing legal and commercial advice, ensuring regulatory compliance, mitigating risks, and crafting effective business strategies.
She has over 20 years of work experience in legal and business sectors. Before joining our team Nini worked in USAID funded Rule of Law Program, implemented by Tetra Tech/DPK Consulting, Projects Development Agency, Georgian Agriculture Corporation and law firms (BGI Legal and EY Law).
Nini holds an LLM in Business, Corporate and Maritime Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam (Rotterdam, Netherlands) and master’s degrees in international law from Tbilisi State University.
